clarification
AllPillsRX.com requires for all new clients a prescription copy on all prescription drugs it offers on-line prior to actual shipping of the drugs. Upon receipt of the prescription copy, its licensed pharmacist shall verify and validate the prescription. A prescription confirmation by the licensed pharmacist stating the name of the cardholder, name of the drug, milligram, and quantity is sent to the cardholder.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
We ship to almost every country in the world. if you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact Service.
Once the pharmacy has received your order, it will be filled and shipped by USPS (registered airmail) or EMS Express (faster shipping method) within 24 hours.
Normal delivery time for USPS (registered mail) shipping is 10-14 business days from shipping date. EMS takes 7-10 days from shipping date. (In some rare occasions delivery may take up to 21 days).
We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.
We must have an adult signature at time of delivery. Orders with P.O. Box as an address will be shipped with USPS.
Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country.

Refund Policy
We are a retail pharmacy subject to state and federal laws of the United States, according to these laws we are prohibited from restocking returned drugs. We are therefore unable to accept and give refunds to returned prescription medications.
If for any reason the order does not arrive within 18 business days and you refuse to accept a free new shipment from us, we will gladly reimburse you with another product of the same value or issue you a full refund.
If you change your mind you may cancel the order before it has been shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We do not accept order cancellation after shipment of the product.
If your order arrives and the shipping container is crushed, folded or severely damaged, a new item will be shipped free of charge. |

What is an online consultation?
Online consultations are a recent innovation in health care, taking advantage of the web in order to improve the patient's access to a physician's care. What happens once I place my order?
After you place your order, the information you provided will be reviewed by a licensed physician, who will either approve your request or decline it.
If the physician approves your order, he or she will set your order status to approved and our pharmacy will get the notice, from there on, your order will be filled and shipped to you via EMS Express/USPS Registered mail or other courier services in case of Europe fulfillment.
The package you will receive includes information explaining the usage, dose, and precautions information for the medication.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's progress in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the courier company system.

How do I submit an order?
When you click an Order link (can be found for example at Order Viagra page), you will be directed to our SSL secured server, where you will begin the ordering process. What happens if none of my order arrives?

If none of your order has arrived within 14 business (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 24 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.
We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks under any circumstances and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website. If there is a problem we will always sort it out with you and find a solution. That is why we have a structured reship and refund procedure.
